We are a small team of U.S. citizens maintaining a presence in Honduras in order to witness the nonviolent people’s movement against the coup that took place on June 28, 2009.

We aim to spread information about state repression and the people’s resistance to it among North Americans, with particular emphasis on the role/response of the United States government.

We organize and lead delegations to Honduras, intended to deepen participants’ understanding of recent events in the region, as well as broaden global support for nonviolent social movements such as the one currently flourishing in Honduras.

We are supported by and work in collaboration with the Quixote Center, based near Washington, D.C.
